By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you do not have permission to use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis in advance. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel before the next billing date.
A valid payment method is required to activate a subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@slatebreaker.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time within a billing cycle.
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. If you believe you are owed a refund, contact us at support@slatebreaker.io within 7 days of the charge.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any price change before it takes effect. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes your agreement to the new pricing.
Upon subscribing, you will receive an access token by email. This token grants access to the Service. You are responsible for keeping your token secure and confidential. Do not share your token with others. We are not liable for any access or use of the Service by unauthorized parties resulting from a compromised token.

SlateBreaker is a lineup optimization tool for daily fantasy sports. It is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.
We do not guarantee any financial results, DFS contest winnings, or outcomes of any kind. The projections, picks, and lineups generated by the Service are based on statistical models and publicly available data. They are not guarantees of performance.
DFS involves risk. You may lose money. Use the Service as one input in your own decision-making process, not as a guarantee of success.
Daily fantasy sports may be regulated or restricted in certain states, countries, or jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to know and comply with the laws applicable to you. We do not accept liability for use of the Service in jurisdictions where daily fantasy sports are restricted or illegal.
SlateBreaker is not a gambling operator and does not accept wagers of any kind. We provide lineup optimization tools only.
The Service, including its design, code, content, and branding, is the exclusive property of SlateBreaker. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
The Service integrates with third-party providers including Stripe, SportsDataIO, and others. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of these services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlateBreaker and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant that projections or lineups will produce any particular result.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SlateBreaker and its operators from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Michigan.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
